This comes amidst rising global concerns over declining sperm counts and quality, with research indicating a 50% drop in recent years.
To create a viable human embryo, a man contributes 23 chromosomes, which combine with 23 from a woman to complete the 46 chromosomes necessary for human DNA. This DNA carries the genes that determine characteristics such as appearance, gender, and inherited traits.
However, there is growing alarm over the decline in sperm quantity and quality. Over 200 global studies show a significant drop, with many men experiencing lower sperm counts, poor sperm quality, and reduced motility, which is essential for successful fertilization.

2. Lifestyle Choices: Avoiding smoking, excessive alcohol, and drug use.
3. Environmental Exposures: Minimizing contact with pollutants and harmful chemicals.
4. Physical Activity: Engaging in regular, moderate exercise.
