The Alabuga Start program provides several key benefits for participants. Those enrolled in the program will receive extensive training in various fields, including Road Transport Shop (Drivers),
Production Operator, Service and Hospitaliy, and Catering .
Each participant will benefit from professional training as well as Russian language lessons. Additionally, participants will enjoy preferential accommodation in comfortable hostels during their stay for only $44.
Candidates, will receive an initial monthly allowance of approximately $860. The program also covers paid flights to Russia and provides voluntary health insurance for all participants.
Recently, the program held a series of training sessions that included a workshop focused on Microsoft Excel, which is essential for effective data presentation. Future female leaders participated in business training that enhanced their leadership skills and allowed them to gain valuable insights from industry experts.
