Mwananchi Communications Limited (MCL), the Association of Tanzania Oil and Gas Service Providers (ATOGS), and the Tanzania Liquefied Petroleum Gas Association (TZLPGA) have announced their collaboration to host the ‘Energy Connect 2024’ Clean Energy Conference.
This landmark event, which signifies a major step towards sustainable energy solutions, will take place from October 16 to 18, 2024.
Today, September 10, representatives from the three organizations signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to officially launch the conference. Themed ‘Innovative Collaboration in Clean Cooking Energy, Sustainability, and the Green Future,’ the conference is set to become a pivotal platform for discussing and advancing clean energy technologies.
The primary aim of Energy Connect 2024 is to bring together influential figures from the energy sector, as well as organizations and companies from diverse industries committed to the advancement of clean energy. The conference will provide a forum for meaningful discussions and collaborative efforts to enhance the adoption of clean energy solutions in Tanzania.

Victor Mushi, Acting Managing Director of MCL, underscored the significance of the conference during the signing ceremony.
