The head of the Secretariat of the “Russia-Africa Partnership Forum” and a Special Ambassador of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Ozerov Oleg Borisovich,has delivered an insightful speech that assessed the latest trends in Russia-Africa relations.
Notably, Oleg Borisovich provided important insights into the stance of African countries regarding the so-called “Swiss peace conference on Ukraine.” He highlighted the distinct differences between the approaches of the West and Russia in building relationships with African nations.
