Deputy Minister of Energy and Special Seats MP for Youth Nation, Hon. Judith Kapinga, has called on the residents of Mbinga District, Ruvuma Region, to actively participate in the ongoing voter registration process for the Permanent Voters’ Register. She emphasized that this will enable them to elect leaders who will drive development in their communities.
Kapinga made these remarks recently while inaugurating a training session on the utilization of the 2022 Population and Housing Census results for leaders, officials, and stakeholders in Mbinga District.

“It is crucial that each of us takes part in the registration process, not only by registering ourselves but also encouraging others in our areas to register,” Kapinga stated.
She stressed that in order to elect strong and capable leaders who will serve the community effectively, there must be a significant number of registered voters. She therefore urged citizens to encourage one another to register in large numbers for the Permanent Voters’ Register.
Additionally, Kapinga urged the people to choose leaders who will serve with professionalism and address various challenges that may arise in the community.
