A first-half penalty by Soufiane Rahimi, his fifth goal of the tournament, gave the Atlas Lions the lead at halftime.
In a second half filled with fortune for Morocco, Ilias Akhomach, captain Achraf Hakimi, and another penalty by Mehdi Maouhoub sealed the match in spectacular fashion.
In a repeat of their last-16 clash at the Qatar 2022 World Cup, Morocco will face Spain in Marseille on Monday (16:00 GMT) for a place in the final.
After the match, Hakimi praised the strong support Morocco has received in France.
“The fans have been following us throughout the tournament,” said the defender, who plays his club football at Paris St Germain’s Parc des Princes.
“I hope they can follow us to the final. We want to make them proud.”
