Uhusiano wa sekta mbali mbali kati ya china na Tanzania umeendelea kuimarika siku hadi siku na hii imedhihirishwa na Mkuu wa Shirika la Kimataifa la Misaada la China (CIDCA), Luo Zhaohui aliposema kuwa Nchi hiyo itaendelea kufadhili miradi mipya ya kimkakati ya Tanzania inayoendelea, baada ya kuridhishwa na utekelezwaji ya miradi ya awali.
Mkuu huyo wa Shirika la Kimataifa la Misaada la China (CIDCA), Luo Zhaohui, aliyasema hayo kwenye mazungumzo yake na Waziri wa Mambo ya Nje na Ushirikiano wa Afrika Mashariki, January Makamba, yaliyofanyika jijini Beijing, China mwishoni mwa wiki.

Katika Mazungumzo hayo Zhaohui alisema kuna uwezekano mkubwa kwamba Rais wa Jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania Mhe. Samia Suluhu Hassan anaweza kusaini mikataba mipya ya ushirikiano na misaada Septemba mwaka huu pembezoni mwa mkutano wa Wakuu wa Nchini na Serikali wa Jukwaa la Ushirikiano wa China na Afrika (FOCAC) ambao amealikwa tayari.
“Tumesikia maelezo yako ndugu Waziri na nikuahidi kwamba tutafadhili hatua ya pili ya miradi inayoelekea kukamilika awamu ya kwanza na mingine ambayo umeiomba tunaweza hata kusaini wakati Rais wako atakapokuja Septemba mwaka huu,” alisema Zhaohui.
CIDCA ndiyo taasisi inayopitisha misaada na mikopo ambayo serikali ya China kutoa kwa nchi zote duniani na Waziri Makamba alikwenda kufanya mazungumzo na mkuu huyo ikiwa ni sehemu ya ziara yake ya kikazi inayoendelea nchini China.
