Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov participated in the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) Foreign Ministers Council Meeting in Almaty, Kazakhstan today.
The CSTO is a regional security organization composed of several former Soviet states, including Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan.
