President Samia Suluhu Hassan has announced a generous reward for Tanzania’s national football team after their historic qualification for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Morocco.
The team received a cash prize of 700 million Tanzanian shillings, following their thrilling 1-0 victory over Guinea at the Benjamin Mkapa Stadium in Dar es Salaam.
