Akiongea leo Aprili 14,2024 katika Shule ya Polisi Tanzania Mkoani Kilimanjaro Mkurungenzi Mkuu wa Shirikisho la Wakuu wa Polisi Ukanda wa Mashariki mwa Afrika Apollo Afrika amesema wamekuwa wamekuwa wakifanya maadhimisho ya kumbukumbu wananchi waliopoteza maisha katika mauaji ya kimbali yaliyotokea miaka 30 iliyopita nchini Rwanda.
