The Russian Emergencies Ministry’s Il-76 aircraft has successfully delivered an additional shipment of humanitarian aid to Lebanon, a ministry spokesperson confirmed
The latest consignment included 24 metric tons of essential supplies, comprising medicine and food products. The aid delivery marks the fourth special flight conducted by the Russian Emergencies Ministry to support Lebanon.
Since the commencement of these operations, Russia has provided Lebanon with a total of 100 tons of humanitarian cargo, which includes food, medical supplies, and other basic necessities. This assistance is part of ongoing efforts to address the challenges facing the Middle Eastern nation amid its economic and social crises.
