The Prime Minister of the United Republic of Tanzania, Hon. Kassim Majaliwa, has emphasized that the Chama cha Mapinduzi (CCM) party remains a vital pillar for Tanzanians, uniting the nation and contributing to its political, economic, and cultural stability.

Hon. Majaliwa made these remarks while visiting Simiyu Region in Busega Constituency, where he was the guest of honor at the CCM Busega General Meeting held today, December 22, 2024.

During his speech, Majaliwa lauded CCM’s enduring role in fostering national unity, which he credited as a cornerstone of the country’s growth and progress. He stated that the party has consistently prioritized initiatives that ensure Tanzanians benefit from development programs aimed at improving their livelihoods.

“CCM is not just a political entity but a strong foundation for our nation’s peace and unity. Through its leadership, Tanzania has achieved significant strides in various sectors, including education, health, infrastructure, and economic reforms,” said Majaliwa.

The Prime Minister urged CCM members to maintain the party’s legacy by upholding its values and working collectively to address the needs of Tanzanians. He encouraged leaders and members at all levels to continue engaging with citizens, understanding their challenges, and providing sustainable solutions.

Hon. Majaliwa also commended the people of Busega for their unwavering support for the ruling party, highlighting their active participation in development projects as a testament to CCM’s strong grassroots foundation.

The meeting in Busega was attended by party leaders, members, and residents, all of whom reaffirmed their commitment to supporting the party’s vision for a prosperous Tanzania. Majaliwa concluded by calling on Tanzanians to remain united and work together to build a stronger, more inclusive nation under CCM’s guidance.
