While Simba’s squad prepares for the season by camping in Egypt, a player from the team has not been seen at camp since its gathering for preparations.
With lingering questions and discussions about the fate of this player and his team (Simba SC), Simba SC’s striker manager, Kibu Dennis Carlos, revealed that the player is in Europe despite having received all his dues and not demanding anything from Simba SC.

The manager clarified that personally (as the manager), he is owed an ‘agency fee’ for the registration of Zimbwe Jr and Hussein Kazi, but on the matter of Kibu, the authority to speak rests with Simba.
However, Carlos did not specify which country in Europe Kibu is in, but his statements suggest the star is there for trials.
Furthermore, Simba SC’s Manager of Information and Communication, Ahmed Ally, stated he has no information that the player is in Europe, noting that as far as he knows, Kibu is in Kigoma. He added that the player himself is in the best position to explain the reasons for his absence from camp.
This confusion persists with approximately 11 days left until Simba Day celebrations, and just five days ahead of the semifinal match of the Community Shield that will bring together Simba and Yanga at Benjamin Mkapa Stadium in Dar Es Salaam.
