The workers of the Kibena Tea Factory located in Njombe District, who had been on strike for 5 days, have returned to work immediately after the Regional Commissioner of Njombe Hon. “Today, July 5, we pay one salary which is 200.1 million shillings and next week on July 11 we pay another two-month salary of 400 million shillings and on August 8th we will pay another salary and complete it,” said Moturi.
