CCCC Engages Tanzania Youth with Employment and Development Opportunities

The China Construction Communication Company (CCCC) organised an event to showcase its work and highlight opportunities for employment, training, and volunteering for Tanzanian youth.

CCCC Vice Manager Li Yuliang, emphasized that after 14 years of operations in Tanzania, the company has contributed to various construction projects and provided services to the local community. Yuliang also noted that CCCC is expanding its presence in other African countries, such as Uganda, Rwanda, Zambia, and Kenya, where it continues to support development initiatives.

The CCCC Manager of Machinery and Raw Materials Edson Edward, congratulated the company for offering opportunities to Tanzanian youth. As one of the beneficiaries, Edward attested to the valuable knowledge and experience he has gained since joining CCCC.

The Head of Industrial Relations at the Dar es Salaam Institute of Technology (DIT) Dr.Sostheness Karugaba, expressed gratitude for the opportunities CCCC provides to students. He acknowledged that the professional equipment and resources available at CCCC’s facilities surpass what the institution can offer in its own laboratories, thereby enhancing the students’ professional development.

As part of the event, CCCC also distributed books authored by Chinese President Xi Jinping to the college, enabling the institution to incorporate the content into its curriculum and educational programs.
