Media Wire Express(MWE), a dynamic online news platform owned by Domalyn Group Limited, recently celebrated its first anniversary in a remarkable way.

To mark the occasion, the Media Wire Express team chose to give back to the community by visiting Hiari Orphanage in Mbagala Kizuiani, Dar es Salaam to share thier “widows might”. The orphanage, which cares for 86 children aged between 0 and 17, welcomed the team for a heartfelt celebration that included a cake-cutting ceremony and the donation of clothes ,shoes and essential supplies.
Managing Editor and Director of MWE Mariilyn Badoo-Domasa,expressed her gratitude for the journey so far and her organization’s commitment to making a difference. “As we celebrate this milestone, we wanted to bring joy and support to children who need it most. Giving back is a cornerstone of what we stand for, and we hope this gesture helps brighten their days,” she said.

The visit to Hiari Orphanage was deeply appreciated by the staff and children alike. The supervisor of the center, moved by the gesture, praised Media Wire Express for their thoughtfulness. “Their support means so much to us. Choosing to celebrate their success with our children shows genuine care and compassion,” the supervisor shared.
Mariilyn,used the occasion to encourage others o support children especially special needs. “Even the smallest act of kindness can make a big difference. These children deserve all the love and care we can offer,” she said.
