The Tanzania Meteorological Authority (TMA) has released the national weather forecast for the next 24 hours, highlighting partly cloudy skies across much of the country with isolated thundershowers in some regions.
According to the TMA, the Kagera and Geita regions are expected to experience partly cloudy conditions with occasional thundershowers in a few areas, while sunny periods will occur intermittently. Similarly, Unguja and Pemba Islands, Pwani Region (including Mafia Island), and Dar es Salaam and Tanga regions will see partly cloudy skies with sunny intervals.
In the central and western regions, including Katavi, Tabora, and Kigoma, residents can expect partly cloudy weather with periods of sunshine. Southern regions, such as Ruvuma, Mtwara, and Lindi, will also enjoy partly cloudy skies interspersed with sunny spells.
The northern highlands, covering Arusha, Manyara, and Kilimanjaro regions, are forecasted to have partly cloudy conditions with intermittent sunshine. Meanwhile, Shinyanga, Mwanza, Simiyu, and Mara will experience similar weather patterns. In the southwestern regions, including Rukwa, Iringa, Njombe, Songwe, and Mbeya, partly cloudy skies and sunny periods are expected.

Coastal Wind and Sea Conditions: Northern coastal areas are expected to experience north-easterly winds at 30 km/h, while the southern coast will have winds from the north at 20 km/h. Sea conditions along the coastline are expected to be slight to moderate.
